Thank you for the prompt service that you and the crew from Clauser Tree Service provided to us this week to clear a maple tree from our property that fell during a violent storm on Tuesday, June 10th. Of all of the companies that we contacted, you were one of only two companies who returned our call and the only one to promptly make an onsite visit and give us a proposal. An unsolicited proposal from a competitor canvassing our neighborhood the following day was consistent with yours. We appreciate your willingness to reevaluate your work crew’s schedule to complete the tree removal late Thursday. Because you were able to do so, the electrical power could be restored shortly after your crew’s work was completed to not only all of our neighbors who were inconvenienced by a two day long power outage but to us as well. Had your crew not been able to get to us late yesterday, we, at least, would still be without electrical power today.
We especially want to compliment the crew that was assigned to us. It was undoubtedly a long, tiring day for each of them. Despite that, they were tireless workers, who, in carrying out their primary task, nevertheless exercised care to avoid further disrupting our phone, electrical, and cable service lines that also fell on Tuesday night. Each crew member was professional in his approach to the job. Should we be in further need of tree or landscaping service, we would definitely request a proposal from Clauser and furthermore, would recommend Clauser’s service without qualification.

On the 15th of this month, I had the pleasure of seeing true professionals in action, from the moment Jason Miller arrived the previous week to survey old trees on my property, until his crew left that Wednesday afternoon.

Jason has that unique quality of quiet strength that comes from complete knowledge of trees. What I appreciated most about him was his willingness to listen to my thoughts and questions about pruning or removing trees and this thorough explanation of what could be done or needed to be done in each case.

I can’t say enough about how professionally Jason’s crew performed. Watching the men work together was like watching the ballet and I heard the same comment from one of my neighbors as well. They worked so quietly that most neighbors didn’t even know they were here let alone for over six hours. Even their well-maintained equipment was quiet compared to other companies that have been on the street this summer.
